The Boulder Immigrant Legal Center is a community-based organization that provides affordable and culturally appropriate legal services and support to eligible low-income immigrant families. The Boulder Immigrant Legal Center is the only non-profit immigration law office in Boulder County. Its mission is to provide affordable due process for those seeking legal representation navigating the complex immigration process.
The Boulder Immigrant Legal Center was founded in 1994 . It provides high quality and affordable legal representation for eligible low-income immigrants in a wide range of immigration matters, including deportation defense, renewal of DACA, family unification, naturalization, U visas, and more. To further its mission, the Boulder Immigrant Legal Center also works with community partners to offer Know Your Rights workshops and train pro bono volunteers to assist clients with intake and certain immigration matters. In 2016, Boulder Immigrant Legal Center expanded services and began providing free legal assistance to individuals escaping domestic violence under a new program called Center for Safety and Justice.

Boulder Law has three categories of clients who can be served at the Boulder Immigrant Legal Center (BILC):

Referrals from Other Nonprofits
Immigrants can access the services of BILC clients through either a low fee for services in private consultation or at no charge through an appointment at the clinic held in a partner nonprofit’s offices.
Supporters with private donors specified the use of certain funds to establish a fund to help fund individual cases of immigrants who were eligible for legal aid. This allows BILC to continue to serve those immigrants through the legal aid system by allowing BILC to cover the cost of such a case.
